We work directly with Short Sail Solutions in Seattle, WA. Our negotiators have years of experience working with homeowners and real estate agents affected by short sales. We work ahead of the curve and have developed a relationship with our Washington State attorney general, Rob McKenna. Bellevue Short Sale Experts work together with leading industry professionals to provide people with the most current, relevant short sale solutions.

As a longtime resident of Seattle, Yvette can put her insider knowledge to work to find a special property in your neighborhood of choice. She has been actively involved in real estate for the last seven years owning investment property in Vancouver B.C., Mazatlan, Mexico and in the Pacific Northwest. In addition to being a licensed real estate agent, Yvette is Managing Partner of Premier Lots, LLC – a real estate investment company. She is passionate about helping others.

I just have to say that Justin is a miracle worker in the area of short sales. My client would not have closed on her purchase without his exceptional knowledge and decisive work with the mortgage company. I would not move forward on any transaction that could possibly have issues without Justin’s involvement.
